    Paid on 2/15. Indicated it was shipped on 2/19. Called for status on 3/21 and was informed there was a problem and it was never shipped. I requested a refund but tired of these non-US sellers not being held accountable for tracking etc. like US sellers are. The tracking indicated shipped but it wasn’t. Most have no tracking available which is not right.

    I understand your dissatisfaction, but I don't agree with your opinion that eBay is exclusive to US sellers or legacy sellers. I explained to you upfront that there was a glitch with the tracking. She asked me for a refund, which I did at the time. I apologized and gave you a positive rating and a positive comment. This is my first sale on eBay. Next time I will try to do better
