My item appeared to be lost (not moving) between USPS centers which took almost three weeks to be delivered. I filed a missing package with USPS and they could not explain where the package was or what was going on with it. I was also communicating with the seller. With no answers, I submitted an "Item not received request". Seller's communication was good along with handling the refund. No issues with the seller.
