The salt and pepper shakers were lucky to make it safe. Shipper used plastic bags and tissue paper to pack breakables in. The double box saved them as outer box was damaged. Also a big no no is the salt shaker still had salt in it. I don't need that mess as I unwrap the tissue paper. The only thing that saved this seller from a Negative feedback is the seller refunded my shipping cost
