I got the refurbished unit ..it looked brand new and works great ..took a barely one bar service and boosted it to 3 to 4 bars and internet as well ..the internet isn’t the fastest but dose work...I work at a remote DEC boat launch in the Adirondack mountains of N.Y ..we are very rural and only one cell tower ..using ATT with this booster,I’m extremely happy with the product..shipping ..I had it in 2 days …Great seller ..everything is perfect ..THANKYOU

I contacted DirecTV for assistance, and the agent tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem. Today, I went to an AT&T retail store this morning for assistance. The agent tried to correct the problems, but he said the device was defective. Please replace or refund payment.
