The battery back then was good for 1,5 year like the one from Razer, so no complains. I have tested the new one for the last 5 days now and it seems to work just as good as the original, I can highly recommend to new buyers. There was just one thing the shipping could be better, the battery had visible damage and was bend on the middel and also the fittings for the skrues, but got it to work.

At the end of September I opened a case against the seller who then requested that I close the case so that they could process the order after which eBay stepped in to process my refund.
