The Sizing of the item is listed clearly in the title (this is a very common sizing). The buyer must not have been paying attention when the item was being purchased. still, I reached out to the buyer and offered a return and a full refund (even though this was the buyers mistake). They said it was "not worth the time". it makes no sense that they would blame me for them not reading the title of the item they bought.
