    seller issued my refund immediately but in his response to my neutral rating he says I was issued a refund and that I never returned the item. I asked him for a return shipping label and his response was that I did not need to return the breaker. Don t tell me that I didn t have to return it and then complain that I didn t return it.

    I understand that you received the wrong item this is why I sent you a full refund right away and offered for you to keep the breaker as an apology for the inconvenience. Wasn’t expecting bad feedback for trying to do the right thing. As you can see my feedback is good. If I do ever have an issue I always make it right immediately and most people see that as a nice thing and don’t leave bad feedback.
