The film bounces along with realizations and discoveries of the many uses of Philip Brainard's invention as he negotiates corrupt businessmen, fiancé stealing friends, a bankrupt University, and failing students. 'Flubber' is a slapstick, creative, and entertaining film, embellished with original pranks from the original screenplay by Bill Walsh.
