The Zoom H2n was badly packaged (shipped in an unpadded envelope), which I believe resulted in a dent in the grill. I had to pop the dent out with a screwdriver because it resulted in a sharp edge where the grill wires came out of the housing. Also it was very dirty, and had what appeared to be chewing gum or tape residue all over it. Otherwise fully functional so I won’t leave a negative review, but seller should definitely package better & clean item first.
