    I was advised that the item I bought (used golf club putter) had already been sold so was not available. Found a very similar replacement item seller also listed on eBay (used putter/same price) but was advised it was likewise not in stock. I appreciated the offer for a (more expensive) replacement, but I wanted that particular model. Seller was courteous and the refund process went smoothly. Item inexplicably showed as being shipped. To be clear, as expected, nothing arrived on time/at all.
