Still no reply days after they were supposed to be back. Had to contact again. Then no effort to make right – just do eBay return. A good seller would send out a new one immediately. It’s just a $20 something item. Look at my feedback. I’m hardly a risk. Instead, I’m wasting time (with a down computer) trying to get a good one from them. Had to order one from someone else. Probably not worth return effort.
