    J’ai emballé ces livres neufs avec le plus grand soin. D’après les photos, il est évident que le colis a été malmené pendant le transport, comme un ballon de football. C’est la raison pour laquelle j’expédie de moins en moins d’articles à l’international : les risques sont tout simplement trop élevés.
