The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 features 32 shading units, 16 texture mapping units, and eight render output units for solid gaming performance. It has a texture fill rate of 8.8 billion per second, which is the number of texture elements that the GPU can map at a given time. The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 is capable of playing Blu-ray movies, powering graphics-intensive software, and running Microsoft DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 games. The card supports OpenGL 3.0 and Shader Model 4.0. Thanks to NVIDIA's PhysX technology, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 delivers nice effects, advanced physics, and life-like animation. The NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 video card includes two video ports: one Mini DisplayPort and one dual-link DVI port. The Mini DisplayPort slot is backwards-compatible with separate VGA and HDMI adapters.
