Seller, yuuuup11 (70895), completely ignored my email. Item came damaged. We have paid a huge fee of money for damaged and misleading merchandise, not at all worth the value we originally inttended.

After 32 days when a fairly significant fault (leather coming away completely from the sole on one shoe) developed I contacted them asking for a partial refund. I was polite and reasonable, i didn’t say i wanted a certain amount or anything; what i wanted was a reasonable response and at the very least acknowledgement. They completely ignored my message, and especially from a business seller that rings alarm bells for me. Buy with caution.
