Claims I have interfered with an item that arrived that was not working with a screw missing.
Reply from: liquidations_2005- Feedback replied by seller liquidations_2005.- Feedback replied by seller liquidations_2005.
The buyer had tampered with the Warrany /Security label we place on items sent out. The screw under the security label which hold the case together was missing. This is hard evidance that the buyer has opened and gained access to the item internals. Sellers beware of fraudulent buyers.
Follow-up from: 1***d- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.
Well, I returned the item as faulty and the Buyer then claimed I'd interfered with a 20 year old second-hand optical drive. So rather than continue an acrimonious debate, I ended the return, with the drive and funds still in the hands of this Seller, and requested PayPal intervene, delivering evidence of my compliance with the Sellers Stated Terms of Sale in the listing. PayPal reviewed the evidence and found in my favour. Beware of Sellers with a screw missing.
