      Wrong endcap on conrod, had to source another one which was less than half price with only 5 pound delivery. Was extremely rude on the phone when spoke to him, was very disappointed.

      This feedback is different to what they told us over the phone. The Customer contacted us via phone after purchase and stated we had supplied the wrong con rod cap and that they had to spend £60 modifying the item to make it fit, not that they purchased another one, they did not contact us before arranging this so we were not able to cover it under warranty, we would have supplied a replacement.
