    The item arrived damaged, despite being well packaged. The damaged parts were not depicted in the photo, which feels quite unfair, as it feels like they were purposely left out of the picture. So that was an unwelcome surprise.

    First, I accepted the buyer's request for a discount. I packaged the piece securely before shipping, and the photos on ebay are not false. It is a very old piece. It is very good condition considering the years that have passed. This is not my fault. This is an unfair evaluation.
