This is one of those. Buyer bitter because he purchased a pack for $24,77 and then found the same pack for cheaper. He has been blocked and I recommend any seller who comes across this guy to immediate block him. I WOULD NEVER SEND A DAMAGED ITEM. Explained pack was fully insured and if bent"and reached out to me instead of trying to hurt my reputation as a TOP seller that the pack could have been replaced, THERE WAS NO ISSUE AT ALL WITH THE PACK. Just a remorseful buyer here. SAD. ONE OF THOSE!
