I did things right they did little correctly and expect positive feedback they are slow shippers and dont reply to questions

Listing indicated in the header that it was an AT&T phone -which is what I required. I found that it was for a “pre-paid” plan - after I had approved the purchase but before the phone had been shipped. I asked if the phone would work outside that plan, that the seller should not ship it. I left 3 messages - none were acknowledged. Since the seller does not accept returns – I have a shiny new $100 paperweight. Deceptive at best!
