        Laptop is just as described and is working as it should. It would have been good,of the seller to,clearly communicate that UPS was going to charge a fee for the documentation required to clear the laptop through customs.

        Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you like the unit. Customs at times require clearance. In most cases packages will go through without FDA clearance, but at times they do. We have no way of knowing beforehand when this will happen. Sorry for the inconvenience.
