Was Not MEDIUM blonde either.. It was dry, Dull and brittle. Ebay stood behind my refusal to pay $77.00 For this old dried up Pale Blonde wig.I put NO REFUNDS on my listings too.. but usually give the refund to keep my customers happy. especially if they have a valid complaint.. try to be more flexible in the future. .. Arrived STYLED. This was all mentioned in the description. Buyer refused to wash and restyle the wig however how she wanted. Buyer could have washed the hairspray out, if she thought it was making the wig "brittle." She accused me of misleading her and told me the wig was a different color. Professional photos showed all sides and accurate color and condition of the wig (that was barely worn). eBay sided with the buyer bc eBay is a buyer's market.
