    If you buy this item and Xfinity says its not compatible tell the phone tech to add the complete model in the system on their end. Then it woiks. As they only put the model # and not the 2 alphabets in the end. This item works fine with Comcast Xfinity. Give this ref if u have problems.

    This arrived and looks new. I did set up for connection and all went well. I called and this modem has been removed from the list that company will allow. Not a problem My mistake didn't know they changed. so reset and but back on shelf. lol. emart_supply was great though. Would deal with again.
