According to tracking provided by eBay, the valley pan was delivered in a timely manner to the correct address and the gasket he is referring to was never part of our listing. He may have us confused with someone else. Have tried to contact buyer with several messages to explain what he was referring to with no response. Negative feedback was totally unwarranted since we fulfilled all of our obligations according to eBay.
