    We've been in contact with this buyer to try and help them, have offered a full refund or replacement pair if they could show us (not send back, just show) the wiper and where it has snapped but the buyer said they had already binned it left us with little we could do. Cannot understand that thought process and why they'd not contact us but each to their own I guess.
