    Unfortunately the seller Sonia informed me promptly that there was a shortage of the wool I had ordered. She said there would be a weeks delay. I was happy to wait. I had another email to say that the supplier she buys from was unable to provide further stock. Sonia was happy to provide an alternative or a refund. I chose the refund as the wool/colour was what my granddaughter wanted for her blanket. The refund was returned very promptly. Excellent service, no quibbles and prompt attention.
