After opened bag I found that one of the boots was damaged in multiple areas. As shown in pictures there are black streaks on one side and scratches in the leather on other side. When I told this seller about damage and requested a partial refund they told me to contact eBay & gave me no help or partial refund. I sent seller pictures of damage and got no response.
