    Product is exactly as described and certainly not grey which you see see from your own posted photo even. Complaining about missing something that's not mentioned or described is extremely odd behaviour indeed. If the bag was not to your liking then why not return? Incidentally, the original artwork is NOT a painting but a textured tapestry weave which has faded somewhat over the years (go to the Cluny museum and see for yourself), is much larger than a tote bag and so same detail is impossible.
