This brand looks incomplete, as if only 1/2 of a fan, but is all you need. The laptop has the other half is permanent and always stays with the machine. Just remove 2 fat screws, and 4 tiny screws for each fan. Then pry up the fan and it's housing hoping not to bend the heat-sink bars. Dig out the old fan and replace with the new. I bent the heat-sink a bit, but was able to bend it back afterwards and all is well.
