Absolutely ZERO communication for two weeks. After I requested information, was told almost immediately that items were damaged and I had to cancel the transaction. This means they had not even began to process my purchase for two weeks or they would have known items were damage. Now I had to move my client who has been waiting this whole time to a different solution. No communication is NOT ACCEPTABLE in this day and age. Almost the worst transaction I have had on ebay in 10 years.
