I know it's flakey because I have a perfect working unit, and I purchased this unit as an extra. It's only this unit that disconnects the ethernet daily and so I have to constantly un/re-plug the USB connection to reconnect. Works otherwise, but not thoroughly tested for these kinds of defects.
