Item was sent and made it all of the way to my street, but the shipping label didn't have my house address number, so it got returned all of the way back to Japan. The seller reshipped, with the corrected address, and it arrived just fine. Very well packed in a sturdy box with lots of packing materials. I also was impressed with the attention to detail by the seller to contact me before shipment to make sure the part I ordered would fit my vehicle. Top notch seller!
