The item is exactly as described. I am very pleased to have my printer running again. However, I placed and paid for the order on 4/17. It was stated as shipped on 4/18 and delivery was estimated at the time I placed the order to be by Monday 4/22. It actually only arrived at the Opa Locka USPS facility on 4/24 and I finally received it on Saturday 4/27. The shipping charges were a bit high considering this delay after over promising on estimated delivery dates.
