    The Buyer came to a quick conclusion and did not allow me to adjust the problem. He is wrong because I did not know that I had any defective product. I acquired this lot of parts from a place that sells new parts. the parts had fallen on the floor of a warehouse. I have bought many parts from this same source and they have been new. My conclusion is that these parts were customer returns.
