    Lack of communication, poor ship time-req’d signature which was a nightmare, sub par packaging as material broke down and got into bearings so now it’s gotta be disassembled to be sure it’s clean, box was barely cube form when it showed up-could’ve at a minimum bagged the part in a grocery bags. I understand reusing materials to reduce waste, but there wasn’t much effort IMO. Leaving neutral feedback this time as I have faith yall can make the right choice and improve your process a little bit.
