He states he has not control over USPS, therein lies the problem as neither do I. The original package showed no movement since the 28th and still hasn t.His not responding to addt l messages and concern caused the negative rating. He needs to realize his obligation does not end until the item is delivered. The cost to me far exceeded the 13.00.

Literally minutes later, they messaged me to tell me UPS had lost the package and they would send me a replacement right away! Folks, that is top notch customer service! I wish every seller on Ebay could be as good! Highly recommend these guys!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!
