Almost 3 weeks to receive a small item is excessive. Potentially, "Lost in the post" but even the second one took over 10 days to arrive and in a burst opened packaging. Seller needs to use stronger packaging and send quicker. The quality is indeed, excellent and the seller communication was good, but full of excuses, so he may be selling items that are not in stock and waiting for his own delivery, who knows? The photo is as I received it, with the item popping out. All credit to Royal Mail.
