      I Hope this is seen. The directions that come with the Honey Refractometer are wrong using distilled water to calibrate. I sent one back thinking it was broken. Using extra virgin olive oil to calibrate to 27% moisture or 71.5 Brixs scale works. I did try to contact seller but got no reply.
