Some minor scratches on the face that must have happened before it was put into plastic protector technically makes the "new" classification invalid though. No mention of "minor scratches" were on the listing. Seller needs to be more aware of eBay rules for classification of "condition". I could have left neutral feedback or even returned it as "not as described" but I don't mind a few scratches. JUST SAYIN'
