I reached out to the seller to make sure the boots could work in the European weather in December because it gets to freezing weather. The seller was very accommodating; I ask her if she would send them UPS because we would be out of town and our mail was on hold. She did not charge me any more $$ to mail it UPS. Now that is "Great" customer service!! Thank you for going the extra mile. I will definitely shop with this seller again!!
