    I didn't open the item, I returned it because of delivery delays. Item packaging very poor - reverse switch simply thrown into an envelope, with no cushioning at all. Seller communication very poor, not polite at all. I was made to pay for returning an item that was delivered 5 working days.

    Your review is mean on purpose and full of misleading affirmations . You seem to not understand that a seller cannot control the delivery process of a courier, after an item was posted. The item was posted to you in next day after you bought it, even if we advertise a 2 working day dispatch! The tone in my messaging is ALLWAYS polite with anyone. A FULL REFUND, inclusive the postage cost, was offered to you, with the condition of receiving the item back and in the same condition.
