I reported it missing and then I also notified the seller and seller was very prompt in helping me and filing claim with USPS fortunate enough to get response and was able to refund my money Unfortunately I didn’t get the printer but that’s USPS fault I recommend never use USPS always go with FedEx or UPS unless mailing a letter that is not that important like documents.
