    Glass items were packed in one layer of cardboard with only thin bubble wrap (see picture). 4 glasses arrived smashed. Seller would not replace but refunded base cost for affected items, not tax or the inflated shipping cost. The box arrived beat up so it's likely due to the carrier. Overall positive as surviving items were as described, communication was good, and they refunded the base cost without hesitation.
