I was provided tracking info and was extremely surprised with the packaging!! The items were meticulously wrapped and packed in 2 boxes. The dollhouse is in wonderful condition and the few blemishes were listed in the description; so, they were not a surprise. I would definitely recommend doing business with this seller!!
