First of all Kudos to the seller for the prompt response in getting the item packaged and in the mail within a day of ordering. So many times they assign a tracking number (so it appears "sent") but sits for days or nearly a week before actually being shipped. The item sadly didn't work. Not the fault of the item but the board on the opener itself. So we have to pivot on getting the gate to start working again.
