So many times they assign a tracking number (so it appears "sent") but sits for days or nearly a week before actually being shipped. The item sadly didn't work. Not the fault of the item but the board on the opener itself. So we have to pivot on getting the gate to start working again.

Recommend this seller 100 percent!
