      Shipping & Packaging not up to usual very high standards; most likely not fault of shipper/seller. Packaging opened & re-taped; customs shenanigans? (All 3 larger envelope lots in shipment have slight tear in upper left corner that's not apparent on original eBay photos of lots, so assumption is that tears occurred during shipping. Smaller envelopes do not have such tears, presumably because they sat lower down in the shipping envelope.) Stamps otherwise as described. Great value.
