I have a Bolens gas trimmer which has a bolt hole larger than the hole in this head so I just drilled it to fit. The larger-holed versions (1 inch) would have been too big. So far it works pretty well, although it would have been better to have a larger diameter. The wire is pretty stiff so you have to be careful getting close to stuff you don't want ripped to shreds, like your leg. Delivery was fast.
