Seller has offered to have me keep the slip however, has not guaranteed reimbursement, for which I have asked her multiple times. Very frustrating, time-consuming and energy draining

Black goes to ground, and brown is the power to the light. Blue may go to power tail light? Not sure I didn’t use it and didn’t check it Beam pattern is pretty focused to not sure how good it will work while riding at 15 mph.
