        The shipping label was created but it took a week before the item was apparently dropped off for shipment. I contacted the seller on 2 separate occasions to ask for an explanation but received no response. I contacted eBay regarding the issue & eventually the item was received today after the shipping label was created 10 days before tracking & item finally received. Very poor communication from seller as I understand issues can happen & delays but no help or explanation is not acceptable.
