- e***d (536)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasePurchased the used laptop for my 16 year old daughter for school. Upon arrival we unpacked it and discovered that many of the keys were not working. I contacted the seller and communication was great at that point. The laptop was immediately put away after we noted the issue with the keys not working and I shipped it back (seller did furnish a return label). However when they issued the refund they deducted $31.25 due to it “not being returned in its original condition”. We never even used it???
