They negotiated on price fairly and helped me resolve an issue with delivery to the best of their ability. When the plow arrived, the three boxes came at different times, but all eventually arrived. The plow was the only box with issues, as the box was a little beat up, causing minor cosmetic damage to the plow and plow parts, but nothing that would affect the assembly or performance. I received a very good price on the plow and it was worth every penny. KFI products are quality made. The only hiccup was shipping of 3rd package which was the blade. FedEx would show that it was on the truck for delivery and then show that a request was made to not deliver it that day. This happened 3 different days and after contacting EBay, Lionparts and FedEx it was straightened out.
